In order to get myself in better shape, I'm starting to run a bit in intervals. One good tip given to me was to run at a slow jog, instead of trying to push myself. Since owning my slowness and sticking to intervals of a slow jog, I went a farther distance today, and my average pace is improving. I went to Fish Creek Park, which is green with spring. I went along the creek and even *gasp* jogged where other people could see me. It helped that I could tell other people were doing intervals too. :-)
